Anything is possible: Questioning faith?

04.10.09

Today is Good Friday. Let us remember the mysteries of the Christian faith.

Questioning faith

P04062009-07280733M

You think I am a fraud?

When I was able to wake the dead.

I did not cheat when I turned,

wine from water at Cana.

I fed thousands of followers,

with a few fish and bread.

Demons run away at my command,

yet you do not believe.

You are still not convinced,

from my countless miracles?

Haven’t you already learned,

that anything is possible on this earth.

You bribed my friend with silver coins to betray me,

tortured, humiliated, and crowned me with thorns.

I died on the cross, but I rose again,

because I love and forgive you from your sins.

Hi Doc Z, nice poem again..
Since God saw the condition of the people, He saw the scattered people, no shepherd to guide them, no one who protect them. Then He sent us His Son to Save Us.
God wants us to guide our way, because He reminding us that He truly love us, John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believe in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. God bless you Doc Z.

      @Star,
Thank you for the comment. sometimes we get overwhelmed by the events in our lives and forget that there is someone who has been guiding us to make the best decisions that we can.
In this poem, Jesus talks to us. He reminded us that he loves us despite of what we have done.

      Have a meaningful Good Friday!

      Z

Doc Z, the important thing that we never forget in our life is to pray, this is the fastest way to communicate our Creator. We are not perfect as human, we know that we are all sinners, but through our faith, and through His gracious love and believing JESUS CHRIST as our SAVIOR, we are save from our Sin. Anyway, whatever temptation that we take, God still there to protect us. I hope and pray that God lead us in a right path and become ready to all temptation that comes to our life. God bless you and your family.

Umm, I like this one as it precisely mentions all the miracles. But, it leans more towards prose-like style OR more notepad-ish like writing. So, perhaps, you could polish this to a more poetic style. No offence. Might be, I am wrong or reading it wrong.

                      Hey Bro,

It’s cool dude, none taken. This was supposed to be a monologue of Jesus Christ.

What’s great about poetry is that it can be in different forms. This is a rhyming poem, I think. LOL I am still learning, so, thanks again for the comment. I will drop by your site again.
