There is no sound-
like the movement of waves.
Graceful. Gentle. Soothing.

Don’t you want to say goodbye, but never leave?
Don’t you want to embrace a sad smile and keep it hidden?
Don’t you want to look at the memories,
when you find out that the forever that was promised was only a dream?

This twisted fate endures sorrow,

contemplating on a lonely shadow.

That brought hope to a blind desperate,

searching for happiness, searching for faith.

Confusion covered like a dark veil on that fateful night
When no one knew the truth,
when actions felt weaker than words set aflight.

The steady sound of pouring rain,

shows no melody, just pain.

From an already drowned disaster,

overflowing a heart of fever.

Shock,
fell upon my face unwrapping,
a tremolous and distant ache.

The hikers on a steep climb,
ignored the slippery and rugged path.
Waist level grass that sloped unkind,
perspiration in a humid bath.

His words flew like wild birds on a break out,
typed haphazardly and unconsciously,
nearly escaping the essence.

Surrounded by an eager crowd,
the stage fell silent.
Words came out of the blue screen
as the music started playing.
